A Family

Guardianship Support Services

Imagine how complicated life can become for someone who has lost the ability to make everyday living decisions. When the court appoints a "guardian" for someone, the guardian takes over the important process of making those decisions in order to preserve the quality – and safety – of the "ward" or person for whom the guardian is appointed. It's up to the guardian to know where to turn for help with property management issues, personal appointments, medical issues, and the everyday things that make up our busy lives. Our team will work with the appointed guardian, usually an experienced attorney, and work on making "life" happen.
